Reasons to Whiten Your Teeth

by admin on August 20, 2010

A few weeks ago, I was at the local all-night diner, drinking coffee at 4 AM because I couldn’t sleep. More likely than not it was indigestion from the hot dogs I ate at the ball game earlier that night, but for whatever reason, I decided to get up and go to the diner. Folks were coming in from the bar down the street by droves to try to sober up before they took their cars home. I noticed one young lady, who came over and sat down across the booth from me to find out what I was writing. I smiled at her and told her that I was working on another blog article for this site. We talked for a while about ourselves and so forth, and around 5:30, I noticed something. She never smiled to show her teeth. Sure, me being the funny man I am, I told a few jokes from my comedy routine, but she always laughed without showing her teeth. I had a feeling I knew what the problem was, so I told my best joke in my arsenal and she started laughing riotously. I saw them. Yellowed. Stained. Teeth. Well, I’m not a shallow person, but very yellow teeth is a real “turn off” for me. I told her a little bit more about teethwhitener.net; making sure not to sound too unsubtle, because I didn’t want to offend her or anything.

Well, people have stained teeth for different reasons. Maybe their enamel is thinning, maybe they drink too much coffee or red wine. For whatever reason, no one ought to be ashamed of their smile, because everyone has the ability to light up a room with it!

There are plenty of reasons why you may want to whiten your teeth.

  • Confidence and self esteem can come from having a face with a great smile look back at you when you wake up and look in the mirror every morning.
  • A more youthful appearance can be conveyed from whitening your teeth.
  • A special event, a job interview, or that dreaded class reunion may make you want to whiten your teeth.
  • To make a great first impression!
  • Or you may just have yellowed teeth due to aging.

For whatever reason, a whitened set of teeth can certainly help you put your best foot forward.
